My poem- Ever Feel Unloved?

Ever Feel Unloved?

How could you leave me?
Leave me like this?
Without a goodbye?
Without a kiss?
How could you leave me?
To fend for myself?
To hang up my honour?
To put my pride on the shelf?
Maybe it's best,
For you not to know,
How much I loved I loved you,
And didn't want you to go?
Am I the only one,
To see you in the light?
The glorious one,
That shone through the night?
Am I the only one,
To really understand?
That I honestly loved you,
And should be holding your hand?
Am I the only one,
That really understood?
The only one,
That saw your true good?
But one thing's for sure,
These questions aside,
I'll always love you,
My heart will always guide,
And whenever you need someone,
I'll be at your side.
